Hi, if you are here because there was a problem with your delivery – we are VERY SORRY. Below you will find answers to the most common problems.

it's not my pizza

If the pizza you received is not the pizza you ordered, most likely there was a mistake when delivering the pizzas to the couriers. We are very sorry for this mishap. In this case, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact the supplier via the app and explain what the problem was, this way you will get a refund.

I'm missing something here

We are very sorry! If your order is incomplete, e.g. a pizza or a drink is missing, contact the supplier through the application, this is the only way you will get a refund for this product.

If we have forgotten an ingredient on the pizza, please contact us via the form below and we will offer appropriate compensation for this mishap.

ice ice… pizza

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the arrival of couriers, sometimes the journey lasts long enough for the pizza to cool down. We are very sorry πŸ™ However, you can reheat our pizza in the oven, instructions on how to reheat it can be found on the packaging.

my pizza is a mess

We are very sorry for this mishap. We ensure that we hand over the pizza to our suppliers in an impeccable condition, but sometimes it happens that drivers transport it in a vertical position instead of horizontal. For such an order, of course, you are entitled to a refund, for this purpose, please contact the supplier via the application and explain what the problem is.

my pizza didn't arrive

If your pizza is marked as delivered in the application and you have not seen it in person and cannot contact the courier, please contact the service provider via the application and report the incident. You will get your money back. Unfortunately, couriers are not employed by us and we have no influence on them πŸ™ Any questions regarding the arrival time should be directed via the application.

what!? canceled order

We are very sorry for this situation. Orders are usually canceled by couriers or by the application system itself. Unfortunately, we often lose out in this situation, because the pizzas from the order are already prepared. In this case, you will receive a refund from the supplier.

incorrect data

If, by mistake, you entered the wrong address or contact details during the order, report it as soon as possible in the application. We cannot change this data.
